About our Jewelry
Is your jewelry handmade? Yes! Each piece of jewelry is handmade with care and attention to detail. I enjoy working with gemstones, seed beads, and other beautiful beads to create unique jewelry pieces.
What materials do you use? I work with a variety of materials, including gemstones, seed beads, glass beads, porcelain beads, and other decorative beads. The materials used for each piece are listed in its product description.
Is your jewelry nickel-free? Most of my jewelry pieces are made with nickel-free components. Please check the individual product description for details. If you have any questions about a particular piece, contact me before placing your order.
Will my jewelry look exactly like the pictures? Because my jewelry is handmade, small variations may occur between pieces, Natural gemstones can also vary in color, pattern, and appearance. These differences make each piece special.

Can I request a custom piece of jewelry? Absolutely! I welcome custom jewelry requests. You can share your ideas, favorite colors, preferred beads, gemstones, and other details through my Custom Jewelry Orders page.
How do I request custom jewelry? Visit the Custom Jewelry Orders page and complete the request form. Tell me what type of jewelry you'd like, your preferred colors and materials, and any special details you have in mind. I'll review your request and contact you to discuss the design, materials, pricing, and estimated completion time.
Do you make jewelry in specific colors? Yes! You can request your favorite colors when submitting a custom order. I'll work with you to determine which beads and materials are available for your design.
How much does custom jewelry cost? Custom jewelry prices depend on the materials, design complexity, and time required to create your piece. I'll provide a price for your approval before you commit to the order.
Can I request a particular gemstone? Yes, you can request a specific gemstone. Availability and pricing will depend on the stone and the design you have in mind.
How do I determine what size I wear? If you do not have a tape measure to take your size, you can use a strip of paper, determine the length, then measure it with a ruler. A measurement guide is provided for you here:

How long does a custom order take? Completion time depends on the design, material availability, and current workload. I'll provide an estimated completion time when we discuss your custom order.
Can I make changes after submitting my request? Yes. Please contact me as soon as possible if you want to change your design. Changes may not be possible once materials have been purchased or work has begun, and they may affect the final price.
Ordering and Payment
How do I place and order? You can browse available jewelry in my online shop and follow the checkout instructions to purchase ready-made pieces. For custom jewelry, complete the request form first. I'll discuss the design and price with you before confirming your order.
When do I pay for a custom order? Payment arrangements will be explained when your custom design and price are confirmed. Please wait for confirmation before submitting payment for a custom request.
Can I request a matching jewelry set? Yes! You can request matching necklaces, bracelets, earrings, or other coordinating pieces. Submit your ideas through the Custom Jewelry Orders page and we'll discuss the available options.
Shipping and Delivery
How long does shipping take? Shipping times depend on the shipping method and destination. Please review my Shipping Policy for information about order processing and estimated delivery times.
How can I track my order? If tracking is available for your shipping method, tracking information will be provided when your order ships.
What if my package arrives damaged? Please contact me as soon as possible if your package of jewelry arrives damaged. Include your order information and photographs of the damage so I can review the situation and explain the available options.

Caring for Your Jewelry
How should I care for my handmade jewelry? To help preserve your jewelry: Store it in a dry place when you're not wearing it. Keep it away from perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals. Remove it before swimming, bathing or exercising. Avoid pulling or stretching beaded jewelry. Clean it gently with a soft, dry cloth when appropriate for its materials. Some gemstones and decorative beads require special care, so follow any instructions provided with your piece.
Can my jewelry get wet? It's best to keep handmade beaded jewelry dry whenever possible. Water may affect certain beads, finishes, adhesives, or jewelry components. Remove your jewelry before swimming or showering.
